Breeze Cat Litter System

Postby Mollysmom » Fri Nov 12, 2010 10:50 pm

Just wondered if anyone uses the Breeze Cat Litter system ?? It looks like something that would work well but I'm not sure. I've read good reviews and bad reviews so I thought if someone had any first hand knowledge I'd like to hear about it.
My cat Murphy pees allot, so I'd love it for that reason - if I could get them to pee on the Breeze and poo in a regular box that'd be the best but I just don't know that my cats are that sharp - HA !
One of the negative reviews said that a cat ate some of the pellets and got very sick - I worry about Molly (the dog) eating a pellet or two (she just loves "Kitty Nuggets") and I can see Bob the kitten knocking all the pellets out and playing with them -
Any insight ?!?! Thanks !

If the pellets can make a cat sick I would not use them.
If he urinates a lot maybe you should have him checked for diabetes.

Guess the lack of answers is an answer in itself ! I'll keep scooping "the old fashioned way"
By the way, Murphy pees allot because he had crystals in his urine & had a blockage so he's on special food that "makes" him pee - it's a good thing.
Time to scoop - HA !

I have 5 house cats and still use the scoop method. I have 3 litter boxes because I don't want them to have any excuse not to use one. We use to have one of the electric ones that scooped every time a cat uses it. I really liked it but lost it in the flood. I replaced it with one just like it but bought the second one from Wal-Mart. It didn't last any time and broke. I thought it would freak a cat out but it didn't. They have such a short attention span that every time it would go off they would watch it in amazement like they had never seen it before and in 10 seconds would walk off.
