Thank You for all the wonderful Birthday wishes.

We have held off on the house, the sellers were wanting us to cover 75% of the closing cost, plus they would not come down much on the price.

So we are holding off and refused their last offer. We will wait it out a few months and see what happens.

The market here is flooded with homes and most are staying on the market for a long time. Most homes are taking over a year to sell some up to 3 years.

We did qualify for the amount...but we also do not want to be "house poor". IE we do not want a 1800.00 house payment. While yes it is within the budget, we opted not to go that high.
