MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

Postby Colliemom » Sat Oct 30, 2010 5:38 pm

I'm feeling pretty good with myself this evening. Image I had been mentioning on various posts that I had planned to do different things around my yard here to finish preparing for winter. Well, the windows got washed last Sunday. Although thanks to the wind storm, I may go back over the front ones again. The wind storm took care of my leaves except for one side of my yard, I cleaned that all up today. Yesterday I did my backyard and outside of the fence area behind my TT. Also cleaned up pine needles under the one big pine, plus I also cleaned up my branch piles yesterday. I'm fortunate in that having almost 4 acres that I can blow my leaves into my woods behind and to the side of my house. I also have an area out in the back woods where I can haul the branches, needles etc. and dump it. Then I cut the grasss for the last time. So I am giving my sefl a pat on the back for a job well done. Got the driveway markers i place as well. A guideline for snowblowing. Other than just putting burlap on my shrubs etc., I am ready for winter. The which of is drawing closer every day.

I don't think I can improve anymore. The front:ImageImage

Good job, and an absolutely gorgeous property. I understand why you love it there.

Looks good and I can tell you love your place.
Now come do my backyard. It's filling up with leaves fast with more to come. If it ever quits raining for a day or so I'll go rake/blow them up.
