Last Stop Flying J in Brunswick Ga

Hey all...made it in to the last stop of Flying J's on my travel..In Brunswick, Ga..

Hate to say this..but this Flying J isn't too happy to have Rigs parking for over night... shame really ashame..
The way they have their personnel parking on the perimeter of the space almost blocks us rigs out. I did luck
out and squeeze in..but lots of rigs came and went...

Soos..word to the wise... You need to reach this Flying J before 2pm to get a spot...and more than likely it
will be up front.. if by some chance you don't have a spot... gas up and only a few miles down the road is
a rest area.. I have stayed there when this place was full.

Oh and Soos one more thing... This Flying J closed their dump station.. I knew I didn't like this one !..

Another sad event.. Met up with Lori.. Ernie was back at the camp.. but unfortunately my Joe was not doing well.. He goes into panic mode if I leave him.. and with leaving the rig with the genny running for a few hours ...I'd be a wreck myself.. Lori did ask back at the camp if we could park there..but again.. I worried being I have all the critters I'd be needing to let them out. and Robert and I didn't want to cause any one any problem ... I felt like crying as I hugged Lori and had to say.. "next time"... It's always difficult for me on things like this.. even though I try my best..but it was great even if it was just for a few minutes to give Lori a big hug...Oh and it's Lori's fault she didn't bring a camera...

I did tell Lori.. you all send your best...no time for stories..just hugs..and they felt good !

Gosh I miss you two..(Lori and Ernie) but we'll try again.. when Robert comes back down... we'll start working on a plan..

Time for me to lay down and try and get some sleep.. want to be out of here early... hopefully

God Bless

Zee....It's never a "sad" event when we meet up...even if it is for a few minutes...it's still a GTG.... ;) And don't feel bad about not staying longer....we fully understand about Joe....and about getting to Brunswick before they filled up....sounds like you just made it.... ;) It was so great just to give you and Robert a hug....chat a few minutes...we'll try to plan something when Robert comes down for the holidays or soon there after....you 2 have a good rest tonight and safe travels tomorrow....call when you get to the Florida "Homestead"....and keep us posted on Joe....

Glad you made it safely, Barbzee----and thanks for this info. Please comfort little Joe, and let us know how he does on the rest of your journey. He will be happy to get to his winter 'home' I am sure.

Safe travels today on the last leg of your journey.

Happy travels!
