Howdy all
Since I've been absent for quite awhile, I thought I'd reintroduce myself.
I'm Trudy - I was a RV'er for awhile but decided it just wasn't for me so now I'm back home in Des Moines Iowa.
I retired from Qwest (local phone company) and am now working part time at Petco - not a bad job if you have to work !
Right now I'm living in a little apartment but hope I can buy a townhouse or a little cottage some day - seems like a waste of money to pay rent.
I have a dog Molly (fox terrier/jack russel mix) a cat Murphy (big fat orange/white boy - kind of reminds me of a pillow pet) and a kitten Bob (stumpy tailed weirdo)
I'm really glad to be back home but I wouldn't have traded my RV adventure for anything - I learned so much about myself and I found out what was important to me and where I wanted to be. Kind of an expensive lesson, but I don't regret it.
Glad to be back to the forum - I missed you all !!

Welcome back, Trudy. Glad everything is working out for you. There are always adventures to be had, with or wo an RV. Nice to view your blog and see that you have a new family member

Trudy, so glad to see you back, I have missed you, your sense of humor and the neat topics of conversation you would get started on here. You've really been missed. So you have a new addition, what a cutie. I checked your blog out, sounds to me , like you've been happily moving along, I am so so glad, your life is going so well for you.

Best of all, I am really happy that you haven't forgotten all of your friends here. Welcome back, hope we see and hear you on here often.
