That's right! Up until now my life has been fairly quiet. Yes, I've had many adventures, I've been left in the closet, I've palled around with walking fur animals; but...
That AR gtg has wreaked havoc on my life. I have been kidnapped. I have confronted opossum with Sarah. Then I was passed off to Sunshine (that's what she wants me to call her) and Sedona. I have not had a minute of peace! Thanks former keepers!
This house is full of flamingos, parrots, bears and they like to play. When Sunshine and Sedona go to sleep; it's party time. It took me a while to get used to it, but not that long. We had to take it easy at first because Sarah was with us a while and we had to be quiet. She slept in the living room, aka, party room. We also had to get Sedona used to the noise, she had a tendency to bark at the least little noise.
Alas, we have learned to get down w/out her knowing it. So let me tell (show) you about my adventures with Sarah and Sunshine.
This was when Ms Tina presented me to Sunshine. She looks happy, do you think she is?
Ah, Tina's kissing me goodbye. Bye Hershel, Remi, Stuart, twins all my buddies.
Here's a close up of me and where I ride a lot of the time. At least I hang around well and I can see more here than in my bag.
Here I am at the entrance to our first location, Crater of Diamonds State Park. Look closely I'm at the bottom.
Sunshine and Sarah insisted I go find a diamond, I protested but to no avail.
You expect me to do what??? That's a deep hole and I could get lost.
Oooh, Sunshine was right. Diamonds are a girls best friend and I want that one! Yep, the big one will do.
Okay, I would settle for one of these. There are all colors in this place. Nice sparkly ones!
My color, my color They go with my feathers!
Oh I don't know, these may be more my color. Am I a summer or winter??? A girls' gotta know.
Yep, this is it. Deep, vibrant and look at the purple. Maybe Sunshine can dye my feathers while I'm with her.
Okay so we didn't find any diamonds but I sure did have a good ole hot time. I like a/c.
Next we head to Mississippi. Here you will see I meet some new friends. I get to sit on top of a piano my size and then I found a birdhouse, one I could live in. But then I would miss my friends.
We were rockin' the Blues in the museum. The band said we have to be quiet because the "humans" don't understand. Ha! They just don't know Sunshine. She rocks down all the time and now that she has that DVD Zumba, ooh la la, Mama, she can make this house rock.
I really did like sitting on this piano. See my tail feathers hang down in the back and it makes it difficult for me to sit on things properly but Sunshine found this place for me and I feel like a queen. Well okay, how about a pink Etta James?
At the Ground Zero Blues Club it was time for a little pool. I can't believe they let everyone write on the tables, walls, everywhere but that's okay, it adds charm. I'm ready to woop azz with a little 8 ball.
At the Cat Head store I found this house that I flocked to immediately. I want this, I want this. No matter how much I stomped my foot Sunshine wouldn't get it for me. Oh well, I'll stick to my little comfy purse that Lori made me. I've got it broken in and it's a nice fit.
This was a long post and Sunshine assures me the next ones won't be so long but the more I do, the more you all will read about. I'm having a blast. BTW, Buffett is a beautifully colored parrot that is used to going places with Sunshine and he gets to write on her blog. Hey, maybe one day, I'll become a blogger too.
Stay tuned.
