Hi Norene,

Want to add my welcome to you also. Haven't been on this site for a bit here so am late in catching up. But glad you joined us. You certainly will enjoy the laughs, the conversations and the information from everybody on this site. Great bunch of gals here.
I see by your introduction that you are thinking of moving to Michigan. I'm from Michigan. Live up in northern Michigan near Gaylord. So if you ever want to know something about Michigan, just lelt me know and I will try to answer it for you. Got any ideas where you might relocate to? I know it's going to be awhile as you said, but may as well take your time and look into things etc.
And have fun looking at RV's and dreaming. I had a lot of fun looking for mine too and finally bought my little Rockwood TT. Now I am enjoyng that although it's about time to winterize and call it quits for the season.

Welcome, Norene! I'm new here, too, but already I can tell you've/we've found an amazing community of women. Best of luck with your decisions - lots of exciting options to consider.

Norene, welcome to our crazy forum. You've "lurked" long enough to realize we have fun here, dispense our wisdom/ignorance willingly and support one another emotionally as well. You have lots of big decisions to make -- keep us posted and we'll cheer you on.

Oh, and when you travel we want PICTURES!!

Let me add my welcome also. Looking for a rig is fun - so many possibilities. There's nothing wrong with buying a used rig IF its been maintained well. I've read somewhere that a rig should have about 5,000 miles for each year. Just sitting isn't good for them - they're meant to be driven/moved. If you find one you like, have a pro check it out for you - would be money well spent. Keep us posted on your progress.
