Good Morning to All.. I sure hope the sun is shinning and all is well... .. I've had a little bit of an accident on Friday.. and what can I say...... Check it out on my blog if you want a chuckle.. although.. at the time.. well.. if you all know me.. or think ya do... It will make ya smile..and shake your heads.. as I always say.. "What's Next"..

I did do my Crock Pot recipes.. and I have to tell ya.. they were good.. ! Yes indeed.. in fact I'm doing a follow up which I posted to complete my Orient trip ...

Oh, those Apples.. my goodness the smells were heavenly.. and it was a tasty treat.. I'm sort of moving on a slow pace at the moment.. but soon... as I hear those words.. "Come Get Your Rig"... I'll be up and ready..

Oh, Oh.. before I forget.. Next time you all go to Clarksdale..MS.. Please let me know.. that's where my hubby grew up and around Greenwood, Belzona...Yes, the man is from the Delta.. We always went to all those hideaway places.. and lots and lots of Blues.. I'd make sure one of our family members would get in touch to give ya the scoop and hopefully set up a tour.. Possible even to a Cotton Gin.. as my Father in law ran one for many many many years..

Ok, now I'm gonna hobble over to the living room and puts me feet up.. and read the rest of a good book..

YAHOO!!!!! GOOD MORNING BARBZEE AND ALL!

What a great surprise to see this familiar morning kitchen open once again! How exciting! I will need to go to your blog to see what 'little mishap' you have experienced now-----am hoping you are ok. But I don't see a link to your blog, or am I just missing it?

It's 53 degrees out there this morning, and overcast. The wind has quit, and the rain has stopped, at least for now. My first chore will be to burn my extra cardboard boxes and papers while the conditions are perfect for such a burn.

I fell asleep before I got to see Saturday Night Live last night, and it made me furious! When I awoke at about three o'clock, and realized I had fallen asleep during the boring sports news at the end of our local nightly news broadcast! Sigh----I just can't manage to stay awake long enough to see it any more!

Issy's party was a fun one, with many neighbors I hadn't seen in years----we got all caught up on the happenings in the neighborhood. It stopped raining and blowing long enough for us to have a couple of hours of bonfire last night in the field at her house, too....a good time. Tons of good food brought by all. My artichoke heart hot dip was a big hit---it really is addicting.

Sunday it is, eh? What else will be on the docket for today, I wonder. I guess I need to begin packing things in the trailer for the haul to the dealer's on Tuesday. I will call them tomorrow to see if I can leave my electric cord here this time, and just unscrew it from the trailer and unplug it from the wall inside the house. It has to come through a window, and it's such a pain to re-stuff the crack in the window when I have to take the cord out. They should have a way to plug it in to check my refrigerator, I would think. I sure do wish they could fix it while I wait, but I have my doubts. I hate putting all my stuff on the counters and shelves away for the traveling. I did get three more see-through containers yesterday, though, for that chore. I need to find a quick way to harness in my computer table now that the dinette table and a bench have been removed. Always something to do.

I am so late today getting underway here. But how nice to luxuriate in bed, listen to the morning news, watch the deer foraging for apples outside the trailer, and have no deadlines to meet! I could like this new life of mine!

I guess I need to pay some last minute bills this morning, and then off to burn I will go.

continuing my Saga.. HA .... it is a good story.. but only thing.. It's the Blinkin" truth.. I mean I'm good at stretching it to make for some laughs but.. this I couldn't even if I tried.. to make this one up..

So sorry about the tumble off the cart, but am so glad that car didn't hit you.
I slept really good last night as it was nice and cool. It will still be hot today
but since its so dry it won't feel so bad.

Afternoon here... and 56 it will not get out of the 50s today... nice break after the sweltering heat...
Oh Barbzee you sure had a close call... yes I third the lessons!! now that it's all said and done you can laugh...
I stopped at the store after church and got a few things... took care of them and now am not feeling like getting anything to eat... so I made a cup of coffee and am here reading the latest news...

Good adfternoon from Branson, Mo. Sure is quiet here since the RV Group left town!!!!!!
Just wanted to say what a Joy & pleasure it was to meet everyone who came to Branson for a visit!!!! And it blessed our hearts that everyone had a good time while they were here!!
This morning you would need your jacket--- I wear sun dresses like Beth most all the time--- & this morning-- I had to find something besides a sun dress to wear to Cowboy Church!!! And it was the first time I have seen Hubby in long pants since last cool season!!! It is 55 degrees here today-- & they say could get in the 40's the next few nights--- that ought to start changing the colors of those leaves on the trees!!!
