BIG RV Show in Hershey, PA

Hey, all... :D

Ernie & I took the day and went to Hershey for the BIG RV Show...It's billed as the Largest RV Show in America and I'd have to agree....Every Make & Model you could think of :o On the way I gave Paulette a call...(I seemed to remember that she said she might go up on Friday.... ;) ) and yep, she and O were in the car on their way....We got there a little before them, so Ernie & I looked at a couple of 5ers....then when Paulette & O arrived, we started our shopping in earnest... First, the 4 of us finished the 5th wheel look/see, with us all agreeing that the new Open Range 31ft. fit the bill for our next "home on wheel"...probably will buy next September....(sooner, if we win the PA Lottery.... ;)  ) Then it was time to get some lunch....after which we started looking at Class Cs for Paulette & O's winter home in FL... ;) We, girls, checked out the inside while Ernie checked out the storage and general stuff outside (with Paulette taking notes when he found what she was looking for in storage.) Lots of nice rigs....we even found a couple that we went thru that both Paulette & I stated that were perfect for Beth.... ;) Paulette was listening and watching what O liked....(me, too.. ;) ) and when we got to the 2011 Sunseeker with 2 slides(I think) and bunk beds....well, need I say more....O made herself right at home....closing the privacy curtain and settled in.... Now, I don't know if that's the one for them, but we left around 1:30pm and they were still going to do more shopping.... ;) ;)

No, we didn't take any photos, but the ones I've mentioned are an easy "google" for you all to take a look see...

All in all, we had a Grand time....and at 7pm EDT....everyone have positive thoughts for Ernie & I to win this evening's Cash 5 Lottery... ;)

When O and I went back to look at the sunseeker, it was being sold...bummer. So, we came on home and I am seriously considering going to the RV show in Timonium tomorrow morning. I know that the dealer I bought my current RV from has the Forest River's in his lineup. So, I might just go do some talking to them and see what kind of deal we can make! If not, I will get to see him in the near future.

As always, it was great to see Lori and Ernie!

It is like listening to Coarlyn talk about what she wants in 2013 when she moves on. I love looking at different rigs and planning ahead! :)

Aren't we always looking? :D And I'm even nosey enough to go and look at what other people are looking at...but Lori...I didn't see a Open Range 31' 5er on their website...think I found the Sunseeker that Paulette liked...it had a bunk. Just praying for the day I can go further than 100 miles from home and stay more than 2-3 nights.
My mind works like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.

Oh boy I wished I could have been there... Paulette I had to jump up to that site to take a looksie.. and Lori I know you love them 5ers... I'm already talkin with hubby about down sizing ...cause he won't drive our rig... and it's getting a little more difficult for me... besides I'd like to sight see while going some place too.. kind of difficult as I'm driving and lots of traffic hahaha...

Finally I think they've got me puter fixed.. am only using the Firefox browser as too many problems with Internet Exlorer.. too many leaks in their systems... so wish me luck .. cause I need all that I can muster up..

Will be chatting with you all soon...

God Bless

A couple we know bought the Open Range 5'er last year-not sure what length, but definitely not the longer one. It is beautiful and the floor plan is great. He use to be an automobile dealer, so he said he walked in with a check filled out with the price he was willing to pay and they took it  RV shows are so much fun, whether looking to buy or just looking. carold
