Arkansas GTG Part III

Let's get together!

I can only imagine what all the flamingo gang get up and do after Carolyn goes to sleep at night.... Like "Night at the Museum". With Belle's history there is bound to be something stirring as soon as Carolyn is out of sight..... Be very careful Sedona! They outnumber you and probably out weight you! Call Herschel if they start giving you trouble.

Love that door prize! Very nice! Belle is going to have quite the adventure now!
Looks like great weather so far and a lot of fun going on! Didn't see Mitch in any of those photos tho. Did she get out of line and get tied to a tree?? :o :o
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Carolyn, great pics.....well except for the caption on that last one. :D

It was sad to say good bye to everyone tonight. We had such a great time meeting people for the first time and seeing others again, all friends and "sistah's" and a few guys thrown in for good luck!

I must say how much I have enjoyed meeting all these women. I have never met such a great group of warm, caring, sharing, bunch of gals before. Those of you who haven't been to a GTG need to come to one. It is a total hoot!!! No dieting is allowed!
To all my sistahs, happy safe trips as we all go in different directions this morning. Hope to meet with you again.
To Mitch and Vickie-- girls there are no words to express what a fine spread you too put on. Many thanks for making this a memorable week. Be safe on your way home. Until the next time. Bye

A great ending to a fabulous GTG, complete with the passing along/sharing of our forum mascot Belle. Herschel is relieved of his responsibility of protecting Belle, although how much protection does one need hanging out in a closet? :o :D Congrats to the Dufus/Doofus team for putting such a great GTG together. Everyone, drive carefully on your way to your next destination. Linda

Somehow I missed her, but then again she is pretty short!

Can't believe it is all over already! Did you guys do that gift exchange? How did that go?

Looking forward to the Branson GTG photos!

Well, since I don't have an aircard I wasn't able to catch up on posts until today....thank goodness the rest of the sistahs were able to post so many great pictures! I didn't even hear what happened to Belle until today, no one would tell me, said I had to read about it and now I see why! Just to funny. So sorry the twins have such awful relatives, they didn't know and send their sincere apologies. I've been to several GTG's and they just keep getting better and better! Huge huge thanks to the Doofus twins for putting on such a grandiose meeting! You guys are to much!

All tucked up here in Branson and everyone's here...looks like another good time getting started! Especially since Pete fed me a hotdog as soon as I got here! Mexican restaurant right next door...here we go again! Pools closed, but the wifi is great, so I'm a pretty happy camper right now.

Wow, what a great GTG you all had. So much fun...lots of happy faces in the photos. Hope Belle finds some diamonds and sounds like her and Mickey Mouse may get together for the winter!

Look out Branson...the sistah's have arrived. Looking forward to more photos of the next adventure.

The saga of Belle's kidnapping is a classic! How creative can you be! Sigh----I sure do wish I could have been there for that GTG, but I will definitely put it on my calendar for next year!

Thanks for all these great pictures and the Belle read! It's been a trip and a half to follow!

Caravaning with Nice Vicki, Yakn1, and we are on our way home now. We are taking it slow at about 200 or so miles a day. Expect to be back in San Antonio at our respective spots sometime on Monday - hopefully before the Karl rain hits. Our first stop was Hope, the home of one of our past Prezs. but it is a nice RV Park. I'll post in the RV Park section. It is at the "Fair Grounds", read that as where they, show horses, pigs, cattle, play baseball, football and just a general park. Has a small lake with 'trout limit 5 daily' - yep Vicki was wonderin when she could cast in her line. We have nice pull-thru with electric and water for $15. All grass and pretty nice cg all around. I was level on pull-in! Today is another short day as we mosey to Lake O' the Pines, TX and camp at Buckhorn Campground, which is a COE so us old folks get that for $10 a night. Temps will still be in the high 90's as the cool front that Barbie has been holding on to is not scheduled here until late next week - we are also supposed to get Karl rain starting Monday all the way thru to next Sunday - let us hope the forecasters are wrong.

Vicki has been taking some pics so maybe we will ge some posted. Hope everyone traveling is safe and careful.
