New AC $$$$$$$$

OK, Chris came out first thing Friday morning and checked the AC - compressor gone!! Might be that running on low power in Silver City pushed it to the end. Off to Camping World who, yipee, had one in stock and after much groveling and begging, agreed to install that day. Finally at about 3:30 we're on our way. Then my Garmin took us down a road and off in a direction where I had no idea where we were or where we were going but in the end. she was right. We got to this campground (Bent Tree Rv Park) which is betweent Burnet and Lampasas, TX. Its a Passport American park and almost brand new. Nice looooong sites BUT not too level. No amenities but nice and clean and owner was really nice.





We're headed to Tyler today hopefully leaving black cloud behind.

So sorry about losing the air conditioner - but glad you were able to get a new one immediately. And it happening now, not after settled in at the gtg - in some ways I think this cloud wasn't so black - if it weren't for the money it cost!

so sorry about the air conditioner! Too bad it couldn't have lasted out the summer and you coulda gotten by w/ just heat for awhile!
