The Ocean

I finally made it to the ocean today !!
It was fantastic :D It was a misty, grey, kind of cold day but I absolutely loved it !!
Here are some pictures - they aren't the best but they're the best I could get in the yucky weather.
Oh - Molly loved the beach !! She had so much fun running in the sand and the waves - she's quite the little ocean dog !!

woopeeeeee, ohhhh boy!!! I'm so happy for you!!
Sounds like Molly will certainly enjoy sniffing around and you seem so happy again.
Hope you get a great view out your back window. Are you at the light house yet or
do you have a month to hang out and enjoy life before you start work?

Yep, that's Oregon ocean--and weather. Fun stuff, huh?

I just had an adventure you would have loved--NOT. More later.

Yeeeaaaaahhhhh Trudy!!! I'm lifting my glass to your big day. Loved the pictures, that is the kind of day I love misty and grey. I used to cover my head if I woke up and the sun was shining and my cousin would tell me get up, honey I'll drive you up the coast till we find fog or clouds.
I am so happy for you, I've followed your journey from the very start and I am just tickled Flamingo pink at your success.

She just THINKS she's in Oregon. Actually, Trudy made a wrong turn in Bakersfield and that's the INDIAN OCEAN!

Congrats Trudy. Never doubted for a minute that once you arrived at the ocean, you, Molly and the cottage wouldn't feel right at home. Now that you lugged that fireplace across the country, it might get crowded, since we gals will have an indoor campfire when the weather is bad. I've enjoyed the ride, even when you didn't-HA, so keep sending the pics and stories. carold

Trudy, I'm so glad you made it to the ocean you've been talking about since before you bought the rv! And wow - it's great that you and Molly both are right at home there - just like you dreamed it would be. I love when stories have happy beginnings (this is NOT an ending - but the beginning for you).
