FAIR FRIDAY

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

FAIR FRIDAY

GOOD MORNING TO ALL!

I just lost all my post by changing to compatibility view, and I have no patience for typing it all over. So a quick good morning will have to suffice.

I got the lawn totally mowed again yesterday, made corn chowder in a huge electric pot I have, have a beef stew now cooking in my crock pot, and am about to go move the woodpile so I can set up my staining ladder. I don't like the way the stain looks that I re-did last year...it's not the same as the earlier stain I have used, although it seems to be the exact same brand and color. I also need to repaint the orange trim and the white around the windows. I really hate painting!

I am thinking I would love to go to wherever Cedar and Kathy are to meet up with Carol tomorrow, but I don't know where they are-----can you PM me, Carol, with some directions, if you read this?? I would just bring my truck and stay for the day, or perhaps spend the night in my truck cap.

Now I am off to move the woodpile so I can set up my new high step ladder. I am hoping it will allow me to reach high enough to get to the areas I need to reach.

It seems as if we all are having some decent weather, at least so far, so have a wonderful day wherever you are. I have a ton of stuff to do here before the snow flies.

Happy Friday!

Good Morning all. My car is in getting the base plate installed. They have my Blue Ox braking system there also. Got a new one and it's so lightweight. But today is the base plate. Then will start working on the rest. At a friends house while it's being done.

Have a great day.

Well...checking out for the weekend. Kodie and I are going camping. DH and DS might join us on Saturday. It is frustrating for me. When I booked this place..45 mins from home. DH assured me that football would not be a big deal, since we would be so close. So last night DH tells me...he changed his mind, he does not want to have to find this place after DS practice (that ends at 7pm...daylight til 9pm) and it is a 45 min drive. Then he says he has to at the jamboree (which is all the teams showing up and each team does 10 plays then rotate to the next team...so more of a chance for the boys to do basic plays against other teams. Ds has to be there at 9am. So he said they might come down after but he was not sure they would or not. Now you may wonder why I am frustrated? Because I had a chance to go camping this weekend with my GF that lives down near Seattle, but I told her we could not camp that far away because of football, we need to stay closer to home. Oh well.

Well i hoping the weather stays nice for this weekend..and maybe I will meet a few new people..or some people I know. This campground is our first time going there, but it on the other Navy facility up here. A lot of the folks we met at the Backyard Campout on the Navy Base in Oak Harbor, say they camp here quite a bit also.

Well I should get off of here and get the last few things done and then head out of here around noon.
