I got up this morning and the first thing I thought of was the campfire!! Grabbed a sweatshirt and headed over. I threw more logs on the fire and grabbed my blanket to settle in for a while with a cup of Barbzeees coffee. It is cool here this morning---coldest it has been I think. The fire sure does feel good!!

I had my beer early yesterday afternoon - a nice Alaskan microbrew. Went well with the pizza. And, I was asleep at 3:47 a.m. this morning after a hot day with lots of driving and putting things away. Look out tonight, though.

Tug, pull, breathe......I'm here with another load of logs......Ernie's going to stack it for us.......Spent the day cleaning the 5er....washed down the walls and the ceiling......shampooed what little carpet we have......and mopped the rest of the floors.....did everything but the windows and those mini-blinds I just hate  .....just dusted them.....saving my pennies to put up curtains next year...... ;) So, I'll take 2 beers down for Ernie & me and sit awhile before crawling into bed....better take some Tylonal cause I know my arms will ache tomorrow......

103 bottles of beer on the wall......103 bottles of beer....

I don't think Wal-Mart would like me building a campfire in the middle of their parking lot, so I'll do the next best thing and light a candle inside to go with my Ben and Jerry's Half Baked ice cream. Yum!

Tonight's my Sunday- gonna fix a margarita to have around the campfire - enjoy the wonderful smells and talk - and head to bed in a few -

Have a great weekend all.

Oh, after 266 mile of driving, that Margarita sure sounds good. Would someone please fix one for me? Preferably frozen strawberry!

oh my goodness, the campfire is down to coals, gotta get some wood on it and stir
it up a bit. Now, thats much better, the flames are coming back. I'm just gonna sit
here with some hot chocolate thats kickin with some creme de menthe until I get
warmed up. The nights are getting chilly now so could wrap up in a little afghan too.
But ya know the stars are beautiful when ya get away from the city lights.
Chips n dip anyone?

I'm here Ava,...bringing some wood, and some more marshmellows. Geee but it's chilly,... gotta get that fleece shirt on and zip it up. I just threw in some more of that great powder to make the pretty colors again!

How's the purple look?
