Where's Liz? Meteor Morning Glory

Beth and I got up at 4 a.m. and kayaked out into the lake to watch the meteor shower & wait for sunrise. A first for me, although I used to like to watch the stars from my sailboat when I had one.

That looks like a wonderful morning. I like being on the water really early but it's been a long time.

I like the picture of the two kayaks, looking like they're holding hands (paddles touching) ;) I have got up to watch meteor showers more than once and it is worth it! The one I saw while I was in FL last winter was AWESOME!!! They said on the news that the most activity was supposed to be between 3 & 4 AM, so I think you just missed it :( It sounded like it would be cloudy here and the mosquitos are bad, so I decided to stay in my cozy bed :)
