Good to see your post are you up by Beth and Jean now? what great news she gained 3 more LB... I could give her many more...

I am up early as I have physical therapy... the therapist gave me more hope he does not think I tore the what ever all of the way through... but just like my doctor he said it will take months to heal... but will start with 4 weeks of pt...

Still life is good...

I will go shopping when I finish pt... then home and do exercises...

Coffee is gone already so I will go also...

Gonna be another hot and sticky one here today! But the sky is clear so no storms for today. We had a lot of localized flooding here yesterday with all the rain we got.
I just talked to Linda (Bikerchic) and she is still high and dry for now down in Des Moines, so that is good, considering all the flooding they had yesterday too. She also said she has a camp host position lined up in California at Joshua Tree State Park starting the middle of October. So our plans are starting to all come together. She also has a friend from California who is going to fly to Des Moines and ride back out to CA with us, so that should be a fun trip! I think it will work out best for me to wait and go with Linda in October instead of going earlier with my dad. I will miss the AR GTG but it will give me a couple more weeks at my job to make some more money before I leave. And it sounds like the GC's out there won't need me until the middle to end of October anyways.
