Mitch, I am not much of a drinker, but I do like to have a glass or two of white wine (zifendale ?spelling) now and then. I can bring a bottle or two if you would like.

One of the safety issues mentioned in traveling and blogs, etc - is to not let people know where you are at currently - although that's more regarding us singles. And more so about boondocking. A gtg like this - if someone wants to take all of us on - they'd be nuts. Beyond nuts.

I don't have a problem, either. Another reason some people do not like to post when they will not be home, is thieves may be monitoring post. ;)

That's why we have my niece, her GF and GF's college son staying at our house and taking care of Weatherby and Remi for us while we're gone.

Dufus question here - any special type marker needed to not smear or smudge? I'm thinking a fine-point permanent Sharpie maybe???

That's what we used. I had a set of 4 colored Sharpies when we started...don't know what happened to them.
Every member attending a GTG gets to sign under the space designated whether they've attended & signed for other GTGs or not. You can get creative and draw a small picture representative of your gtg too, ie alligator for FL, shorebirds for TX, etc.

PS....it's not my banner, so there are no rules...you get to make up your own rules.

Hey Mitch, you can add that I have a neon orange "Ford Edge SEL awd" for a toad. Also, driver is a nutty gray haired young lady that may be sporting a pair of binoculars. Will have some white wine and red wine with me and possibly some Wild Turkey. Way too early for me to be planning food stuff. Will figure out and buy before I hit the road.

Sounds like lots of fun will be happening in Branson, too. After AR GTG I'll be heading down to Rockport, TX for the Hummingbird Festival and Corpus Christi for the Hawk Watch. So there will be more fun happening down south, too. Anyone going to be headed out that way and want to caravan?
