I've discovered it doesn't bother my back at all - in fact my back feels better after kayaking. Now, my arms and shoulders - well, the shoulder muscles seem to have gotten used to it - still working on building up my weakling arms.

I can help you with that!!

When I was young - I was in gymnastics - had none of these problems. I loved gymastics. I immensely dislike exercise for exercises sake- which is why a kayak and why walking and hiking - and why I used to swim a lot. I can actually have fun exerising in a group -ONCE - then uhuh - and things like treadmills and exercise bikes, eeewww- but I know I need to exercise - so I try to find things I like to do that will help me. I belonged to a health club once - a good one, too - used their pool quite a bit - and used to tell them - get me the uneven bars - and you can get me started on doing workouts on them. They laughed. But that, to me, was FUN and I would have done it.

I'm trying, Sharon - really I am. But if you put biscuits and gravy in front of me - what's the use? hahahahaha - and I love them - haven't touched them in a couple years - but maybe I can convince myself that the calories at the gtg don't count?

Y'all have it down good. Don't forget, though - when talking to the group, it's all y'all.
And don't ever say "yonder" to a blind person.
I've learned "yonder" can be any direction - gotta watch which way they point...

Gotta get back to working on GTG Surprises...

Okay, so I edited the first page food list to show Sharon making the gravy and I added Breakfast Burritos on my name.

Well, Vickie kinda walks around in a blind stupor most of the time, but I was more just pointing out unique Southernisms...

PS: If you happen to find her like that, just point her in the general direction of her rig and give her a little shove...she'll be fine. Eventually.

Haven't been on here for a couple of days and I was 3 pages behind, as excited as i have been i don't know how that happened. I have the r.v. all washed, waxed (my energy held out to do it all at one time, I was very pleased) and yesterday took it in to get a road check , plus oil change etc. Also had a muffler ordered, was told last yr. and shown that mine was getting weak. Suggested I not go to Florida, this summer with it like that, so I didn't, went during the winter instead   Decided I would put one on, because when I leave, not sure when I might come back home ;) , don't want any mishaps on the road, wherever.

I am really getting excited here. I have no idea what food I will be taking, it'll be a surprise, :) (probably for me too). Who can think of food, do you all realize I have been right here at this house since the 15th of last Jan.? That is just not done !!!!! I will definitely bring something. All the food sounds so good, don't think I will count calories for a few days anyway. Biscuits and gravy are my favorite thing. All of it sounds so good, gosh I'm drooling!!! :)

I'll be there Mon. thru Fri. , thought I mentioned that way back after Sharon made the reservations for me. Looks like the circle is getting full, if the few spots left are others, hoping to enjoy their stay there, I sure hope they can :)

I noticed that each GTG is dated on the banner....so we dated the PA GTG space, too. You'll see what I mean when you get it ;) ....I maybe wrong, but I believe that you can sign each time you attend a GTG.. :D ..I'd check with Liz to make sure......

Dufus question here - any special type marker needed to not smear or smudge? I'm thinking a fine-point permanent Sharpie maybe???
