Coffee is on but I'm thinking most of you need something much colder.
The heatwave is astonishing across the mid section/southeastern US! I can't imagine being that hot!

The boys came yesterday and finished my fence. What a couple of great kids! Always smiling and very well mannered.
Sad news with my neighbor and his colon cancer. They are scheduling surgery, should find out this week. The fear is the cancer has spread throughout his abdomen area. Strange how it doesn't show up on the scans so much, so they aren't sure what to expect when they get inside. Please keep this man and his little family in your thoughts.

Wow! Quiet morning! I slept 'til noon today. I just got off the phone with the GC's owner in California. She will be hiring new stylists in October, so perfect timing! She is also working on opening another shop in the Palm Springs area so that is good too! Lots of opportunity there for me! She is very interested in me since I already work for Great Clips and know how their system works and have been thru their training program. We are going to touch base again in a month to see where we are both at with moving/hiring, etc.

Lots to do today and I am already behind since I slept in so late! It has cooled off some here so not so oppressive as those south of here have it. I sure hate that humidity!
