Arkansas GTG Part II

The Arkansas GTG will begin Sept. 13, 2010 (Mon.) and end on Sept. 17, 2010 (Fri.)

Some ladies are arriving the weekend before, some may stay later and some will only be there for a few of the days.

It will be held at Petit Jean State Park, just south of I-40, west of Little Rock.

The banner is at the PA GTG and I'm assuming that Lori will send it to me when they are done. Unless Liz wants it back to look at first and then send it to me.

Yankee here - what's Jambalaya? It's like soup, right? Or stew? (cuz I was going to bring sausage and onions and peppers (italian dish))

So, lemmee re-phrase...is it like soup with rice in it, or is it more like stew with rice in it?
Re-phrase #2 - would my sausage and onions and green pepper dish be very similar, except for THE RICE?

You can add that I'll be bringing some type of side dishes/salads to both the pot luck and the taco dinner. Maybe I'll tell you what in advance - if I decide in advance maybe not.

Anyone interested in an audio book exchange?

OK, forgot I had my screen "enlarged" so I could read it without my glasses. Duh!!

I'll make potato salad for the potluck and maybe some steamed cauliflower and broccoli.

For the breakfast we'll bring some mini-muffins (storebought, sorry).

Decisions, Decisions !!! I have no idea what I am going to bring for food. I will bring something, thats for sure and probably be a side dish of sorts, several. I'M THINKING I don't do decisions good AT ALL. If I find out what I am taking, will let you know

So far the food sounds fabalous !! I'm glad you're bringing Potato salad, Karen, that is one of my favorite things, be sure to make enough for the others I found when in La. I love Gumbo too, its time for lunch here, all this talking of food, I'm hungry.

Vickie, its good you started another title here. Some one suggested we change the title of other one, (the POSSIBLE, wasn't working to good, how many pages and people are there? ). Getting so excited here !!!
