The youtube one you posted is the same one Sharon posted a link to before you found this thread, OO - and that's the one I'd like to do. Have fun zipping and see the sights. Great combination, I think.

One of the guys from the singles forum might join us in Branson. Sorry (or woohoo) to tGM - he won't be the only man if he does. He's making reservations as he'll be heading south about then. Good guy -and he loves country music, so won't be going to the same shows as me :) For those of you on that forum - it's Ibaimo. He might not make it - but figured he'd make reservations and then cxl if it doesn't work out.

Wow, I would love to do this GTG too, but even if I can do the AR GTG, I wouldn't have the time or money for this one. Sounds like a lot of fun tho!

Sharon----- I don't know if you know or not-- but Mickey was helping a friend move last year--here in Branson-- & he stepped back off of a step with a table in his hands---- & fell flat- backwards-- & hit his head----Mickey was not able to talk or walk or do anything-- & has had to learn to do "everything " all over again----he walks out on stage with help---- & does his show from a chair with rollers on it--- & his voice is as good as ever--- but he can't play piano any now--- & may never be able to again!!!
I cried the first time I saw him after he was back in Branson---(as he went to the hospitals in Texas- then back to Springfield , Mo. has done all kinds of hard work to get back to the health he is right now)--- he had aged so-- but now is looking so much better again---but he still has that WINK!!! ;) I love that man!!! :D and he still has a really good show---- I have always loved Mickey's music--- & he loves to preform!!! And man could he play that piano before he was hurt!!!

Another dear friend of ours David Byrd plays piano for Bill Haley's comets---- who open the show for Paul Revere & the Raiders- & David is another really great piano player!!! So if any of you go to the Comets show--- watch the piano player---We call him the Byrdman!!! Love him also------ and we love Paul Revere---- Paul is 72 & 1/2 years old (as he reminds us)---- & can he still rock!!! Love that man!!!! Soooo many really nice people here in Branson----
So many really good shows here!!

Beth, maybe we should present him with a flamingo glass and make him an honorary rving women member. He has to promise to drink out of it when he's around us.

I have made reservations at Branson. Will be asking my sister Barbara to go with me. I have never been on one of the GTG so please someone give me an idea what happens. Does everyone do their own thing and then join together at certains times? Will you be making reservations for the shows now or wait until you get there. I have been to Branson many times with tour groups but the Dixie Stampede has never been offered. This will be my opportunity to go.

I am looking foward to meeting this group and was so excited making the reservations forgot to ask the rate. Can someone give a clue. Linda taking the reservations said she was trying to get us all together.

Yayy! Another one...and a newbie at that! Welcome Glenna! We usually do our own thing because not everyone wants to do the same thing...There might be 5 wanting to do something and another person want to go off and do something else. It's all good! Whatever you want to go see or do is great. All of our GTG's are like that. Camping is $20 there with Passport America. If you're not a member, you can sign up on-line or call them. Think it's $50 for a year, but you get your bucks back pretty quick...in fact you'll get them back at this GTG if you're staying more than 3 days. You're gonna love it! Why don't you come down to the Ar GTG first? Or or you one of those poor worker bees?
