BarbaraRose wrote:Wow! This is getting big! I am wondering tho, why there are two empty sites right across from Mitch?? Are they unreserved yet 'cause no one wants to be that close to her, or are there a couple of unsuspecting and soon-to-be regretful campers reserved there? Maybe that's because you're blind??? Site 18 and 20 are more across from The Pest, NOT me. That is obviously a Dewfus DUH...
I will have lots of sites to choose from to park my tent, if I can make it there! I sure am going to do my best to get there! Hopefully, it will be a stopover on my way to CA! When you're counting possible sites, please DO NOT count site #21 as available for you and/or your tent. I'm just sayin'...

Reditotry, how do you use or apply hypnosis (to relax)?

I can also teach you to do self hypnosis. Then when you want to relax you just put yourself into hypnosis and give yourself suggestions. How long the suggestions from one session with a hypnotist lasts varies with each individual which is why teaching the self hypnosis is helpful. This combined with Reiki which you can also do yourself is an amazing way to relax. By the time I finish with a persons head with the Reiki, which just involves placing the tips of my fingers very lightly at different places around the head and forehead, most are very relaxed.

I've had about 3 people try to hypnotize me and no one has been able to do it yet. But then I've also tried meditation and just can't get the brain to turn off and calm down. Very frustrating for me.

She "said" it was for filming us doggies playing and swimming and other stuff but you might want to keep an eye on her at the gtg...... Is there money to be made in exercise videos uploaded to U-Tube? I'm just a sweet dog, I don't know about those things but she sure hasn't taken any pictures of us yet, so she may be saving it for future plans..........

sharon wrote:Well, for those of you interested we can do a Body Blast class, which is a weight class. It can also be done w/o weights using muscle contraction. You can only do this class every other day, you need to give your muscles a chance to heal, and the best way to do this is with a yoga class. The reason I say early AM for a weight or Zumba class is because of the heat later in the day, not because I particularly like exercising early. Not like we're gonna be in an air conditioned gym. Or instead of Zumba I have a line dance exercise dvd that's fun, too, and not quite as strenuous. And of course, pack walk every morning...but Chewy said it's not fun 'cause Mom doesn't let me stop and do doggy stuff, we're to busy looking for food and a new place to go to ground. Frankly, she pays way to much attention to what that awful trainer says and not enough to what I want to do. I have food and a bed at home, I don't have to go look for it...sigh. We search every morning and every afternoon and we have yet to find anything worth eating out there.
sharon wrote:Carolyn, the body blast class may only consist of 2 gals....me and you! But the music will be good and we'll have fun!
