I can't believe this, I thought I was keeping tabs on this place, who was coming, what was happening, WRONG !!!! I check in this morning, and find 5 pages of all kinds of things happening. Miss one day and you all go wild here.

Maggie, saw, Miss Abby all decked out and she really felt so backwoodies, UNTIL, she read further and found that Herschel, probably likes her just as she is, especially when they are walking in the woods together and trying to smell the same nasty stuff Shes not much on muddy things as Peaches is, so as long as Peaches isn't there, she will feel she has the best of chances.

WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOO , Carolyn's coming !! THAT IS A WONDERFUL SURPRISE !!!!! Becky, you should come too, I'll even help her dump her tanks, just so I could meet you !!

Wrapped gift , then unwrap, when chosen. I've never done it that way, the wrappings so pretty, outside, fool us as to what is inside. My imagination has been fooled so many times. Proves outside appearances don't matter as much as what is inside. I'm for however its decided,though.

Marslet, honey, don't need to bother with the "hogs head cheese" for me. Knew that before I read Mitch's little note about how its made ( ohhh, I gotta change the subject).

I have no dietary problems, except, I LOVE EVERYTHING(except item mentioned in above paragraph. ) My stomache does object to SOUR CREAM, I LOVE it, but my system doesn't. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING BECAUSE OF ME, all I would appreciate and you all would too, is to let me know, so I won't eat any of it. Otherwise we will all be very unhappy of the immediate effect it has on me

I must try to keep better tabs on this thread, it goes wild, when I'm not lookin' I'M GETTING SOOOOO EXCITED !!!

So far we have pot luck supper and big breakfast meals planned together, is this right? Vickie, We have the best boudin here in Baton Rouge at Jerry Lee's. so we could bring some with crackers also hog head cheese if anyone is interested. We will freeze it as we are coming in on the weekend before the get together. Just need to know so can plan on it.

Marslet, we have the Meet & Greet, Pot Luck Supper, Breakfast Pot Luck and the Taco night. Other than that we will probably be all over the place eating, visiting and enjoying campfires wherever we end up. If you want to bring some boudin and hog head cheese, why don't you do that for the pot luck supper. I'll have some boudin cut in small pieces for the meet and greet.

I don't think anybody has ever left hungry from a GTG, whatever we end up with will be good, for sure!

Wonder about the poor souls in some of those sites who aren't with us. Going to be funny. I'm glad that site mistake was our map - the poor lady thought I was nuts - trying to put me in a site I showed someone in - I wouldn't let her put me there ...

Can't wait to see the people I have met before and to meet the several I haven't met. Now I have to think about a present - geez - this gets hard. And buy wrapping paper - hahaha

Maybe I'll bring a bunch of barf bags - sorry folks, but head cheese does that to me .... Or could just wrap them ....

Now Mitch, if you had hog head cheese on top of it, you wouldn't have put me in the wrong spot. Gonna have Jim double your Alligator Piss allowance. Also beside Jim and Ronnie who is the other husband coming. I thought you had said in a previous post that George wasn't coming.
Oh, Mitch, I don't eat hog head cheese either, but I do eat boudin yum yum

Hey Beth,it worked !!! It wasn't that Maggie, didn't want Peaches there, she likes Peaches and I was hoping you could make it. Hey, I thought if you could make it to Branson, why not stop there on the way,huh? So just used a little reverse physiology(not sure thats spelled right) but act like you want one thing and you get what you really wanted, the opposite.

SO GLAD YOU'RE COMING !!!!!. Its going to be wonderful to meet again those I know, and especially nice to meet those I haven't.

Since I have left this just a couple of hrs. ago, Carold, is coming too !!! I have never met her and have wanted to for ages, so my goodness this is really shaping up to a big affair.
