Possible AR GTG

Do you gals play the gift game with dice where you have to shake doubles to pick/steal a gift? That is how we play it at Christmas. And then we time the game for 20+ minutes so it doesn't go on forever. We have two sets of dice (pl?) going around to make it go faster if there are a lot of people playing. We let everyone pick a wrapped gift first until they are gone from the pile and everyone has one. Then we open them and start the game again to steal. When we take a gift, we have to give up a gift so that way everyone ends up with one gift instead of some getting several and some getting none.

I have a special diet of Chocolate Chip Oatmeal cookies after dinner, but can be substituted with S'Mores. The taco in a bag sounds great! Still keeping my fingers crossed that I can get there! Would also love to go to Branson since I too have never been there, but will have to see what my plans for California are by then.

Wellllll, you could be, ya know....both Ft. Smith and Little Rock have airports and I know for a fact Las Vegas has one!! Not like I couldn't drive there and get ya! We'd find you a bed somewhere...or there's cabins there for rent.

Seriously, love the plans that hae been made. So far we have pot luck supper and big breakfast meals planned together, is this right? Vickie, We have the best boudin here in Baton Rouge at Jerry Lee's. so we could bring some with crackers also hog head cheese if anyone is interested. We will freeze it as we are coming in on the weekend before the get together. Just need to know so can plan on it.
My brain isn't working right because I can't bend it around this gift thingie. Do we just buy one gift or multiple gifts?? wrapped or unwrapped????? Dang it all, may have to dip into the Alligator Piss before I even get there if this keeps up.

I'll do a separate posting on this, too. Beth, and Sharon are joining Carole and I in Branson for some shows. We're staying at the Branson Stagecoach RV Park (417-335-8185). Its a Passport America park. I've booked for 9/17, 18, and 19 (Fri, Sat and Sun). So if you decide to come too, just tell the guy to put you near me (Karen West). They only have 5 or 6 open sites for those dates sooooooo......

As it stands now, George is not coming because he's afraid of all the women!!! We'll see as it gets closer.

Now, on to Hog's Head Cheese. I know I'll be taking a pass...I just googled it:
