Here's the schedule that we've come up with. All open for suggestions/changes, etc.



Mitch and I are taking care of the Mon. night meet and greet goodies because lots of you will be coming in on that day and we'll already be there.
For the pot luck dinner(supper if you're from the south) I'm bringing a Sam's brisket (cooked and sliced).
I don't know what I'm making for the breakfast, yet.
Mitch and I are making Tacos-in-a-Bag for the last night, yall can add anything else to accompany that if you want.

Oh, aren't you just too funny! Winky Winky - Here's the tentative itinerary. No changes yet (at least that I know of...)



And BJ - here's a pic of a Pie Iron - it's a double sided griddle/grill thing. You line each side with bread/biscuits/dough and fill it with all sorts of cool stuff and hold it over the fire until both sides are done. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Whatever. They're kinda fun!

What is taco in a bag?

Carolyn, if you've ever had frito pie in the frito bag, where they lay the bag on the side and cut it open and put the chili right in the bag, it's like that, you can eat it in the bag or put it on a plate if you want. It'll be chips, seasoned ground beef, grated cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, etc. You fix your own with whatever you want on it. A simple meal because people will be getting ready to leave the next day.
