Glad to see you're back, Karen! Although 70 seems hot to many, it's not bad at all....in fact, 70 would be fine for me at night!

I will be looking forward to see what you decide about your tenants and your house now that you are back there. I am still tossing around ideas for my FL house, now that my son has moved to his own place. I could live there this winter, or I could consider renting it again as I will be close enough to keep an eye on it now, at least in the winters. It would mean some income for me, and would certainly cover the expenses of keeping it until its value comes up somewhere near what it's worth. I really love the spot it's in, with a pond right behind it, beautiful view, nice trees for shade, and close to everything, including a vet, so I could pedal my bike to the stores.

I have too many options right now to figure out yet what to do. But better too many than too few options. I will watch to see how you handle things!

Karen,
Glad you found a new park. looks good. I kinda prefer the smaller ones myself. Except for short doses when i might want some activities.

Karen

Am happy you made it safely back home. The campground looks very nice, love the view out behind you. I can't wait till this Fall when we are back in a regular campground and not in the bone yard. Every week it seems like someone is getting drunk and causing problems but such is life traveling and working with the carnival.

Don't know what's going on with your tenants and house but hope it all gets worked out.

Take care.
