Has anyone heard from Liz since she left my house? She was headed for the WA coast and possibly hooking up with Laura and her dog Jed, if they were still in Long Beach.

There haven't been any updates on her blog either. Laura's blog has been removed, so I don't know. Sharon/Sprinter's blog said that Laura has stopped to see her on Sunday on her way home. Sharon was in Coarsegold CA. Man, it's hard to keep track of these wanderin women!

My bad ...

I was over a week with lousy wi-fi service, and by that time I felt like I was writing old news so I quit the whole blasted thing. If I get the pictures organized in an online album I'll post a link to that.

I'm home, and have been hiding inside my nicely air-conditioned home. The temps have been absolutely miserable here, so there's really nothing else to do but stay put. Add to that a delightful sinus infection that met me once I unpacked, and it's been a pretty quiet week here.

I'm sorry that I've once again missed Liz. We tried 3 years ago when she was in the Redwoods, but timing was wrong then, too. Hopefully when she makes it to the Southwest all of us in the bottom left corner of the country will be able to meet somewhere. But I lucked out in catching Sharon before she left the SKP park outside of Yosemite. While our visit was short, it was good to see her on this side of the country.

I took the RV to get propane earlier and then took it to the Blue Beacon Truck Wash. What a hoot! I love looking out the window and watching a bunch of guys was and wax my rig! LOL Now she's all purdy and ready for her GTG in Gettysburg!
