My New Kayak

It's an 8' inflatable Airis Play 8; weights 20 lbs, inflates in 5 minutes, and folds into a backpack carrier! Yesterday I tried it out in my sister's pool, could not tip it over, and easy to hop into from the water. Tomorrow I will take it to the mountains. Now will sell my Ocean Venus. While I loved that kayak, can't carry it in my van.

umm, the img is cut off on my monitor, hope you can see it!

I can see the whole thing. Very nice. I'm jealous, but hopefully not for too long. I think these inflatables are remarkable.

Great looking kayak!! What size is it folded up for travel? What type of paddles will you be using? You are going to have a ton of fun tomorrow learning your new toy. Looking forward to your report.

Nice looking Kayak. Lightweight also. I have a sea eagle and it weighs in at about 35 lbs. Enjoy it. Linda

Very nice Diana! Should work like a charm for you. I was sitting here thinking of you as I ate a lunch of those olives and that great bread that we got at the Vons in Bishop for our impromptu potluck. What do you use to blow it up with?

How neat! I've been wanting a kayak, but on hold til I can make up my mind what to get. Also need some lessons so I don't tip over and drown ;)
Have fun fun fun with your new toy. Enjoy :)

Yoohoo! Let's go kayaking. I have mine with me, but haven't had it out this trip yet. Hope to find a place and time... Nice looking one you found.
