It is not brand new but i love it any ways. it is a 1994.
It has not even been cleaned yet....I plan to redo the decor.
I will post when I am finished before and afters.

you do not need a stabilizer under the front hitch or even under the slides.
It sometimes can even be damaging to the unit if you put those stabilizers
under them, I had that same question when I first got mine as someone
tried to sell me some.
The slide part, when the slide is pulled in it should sort of "lock" itself in place.
Some older units came with rods (like fat boomsticks) to put inside to hold
it in during travel, but the newer units no longer need that.
Don't forget to check the date on the tires, the manufacturing date is on the
sidewall where you see what size it is, for safety, you should be within 6 or 7
years of manufacture date and of course show good rubber.
Did it come with sewer hose and all that stuff? Cruise through some of the old
posts and you'll get an idea of what you need and don't necessarily need.
