New Mattress.

Dumped the mattress that came with the MH and ordered in a 12 inch memory foam. When that thing started expanding, was surprised how big it is. I now have a room full of mattress. Now am hoping that the sheets I have will fit. If not, it will require a shopping trip.

Sleeping should be great.

Or an electric knife to trim it with!!

I only have a 5 inch topper - and needed to add a THICK mattress pad - because the memory foam makes me sweat. One of it's detractions when the weather is hot. In the winter - an attraction :)

I wonder if I could replace my mattress with a memory foam one - cuz I need a corner cut out - maybe I could cut that? Something to ponder. But not for now - my topper is working, and I'm broke.

   Sharon you are toooooooo funny! We have a memory foam/pillow top combo pad for our stick house bed and it was the best $$ we ever spent. Helps with the joint/back ache issues and sleepytime is much more restful. Yup, when you undo them they expand like crazy...kinda like those little sponge critters in plastic water soluable capsules the kids love to play with...just add in water and POOF! Sponge critter ;)

You are right---an electric knife will trim those memory foam matresses perfectly. I trimmed all 3 of mine (total 8 inches) to fit in my corner bed space on top of the cheap little regular foam thing that came with this trailer. I had to go buy a knife, as I didn't have one, however! Cheap, as I recall. I love my memory foam, even in the heat. IN the winter, they are like stone until your body heat warms them up!

It fits the bed perfectly, but wow sooooo thick. But it should be comfortable.

Don't think I want to cut it at all, I will just go sheet shopping.
