I've been reading comments on the web page for the Palms Springs newspaper, and they are still having strong aftershocks. Lots of jolts and swaying but so far little damage and no injuries reported, so that is good news! Hope things settle down out there by the time I get there!

Okay, don't have a heart attack...YUP, I stepped out of my other computer world of Farkle and Bejeweled and popped in to see what's goin on - especially since I've beem bad in calling to see how you've been. I was driving home at the time the quake it so didn't really realize one was going on. Now when I got home Hubby was all wigged out about the quake...said it was a real good shaker and lasted quite awhile (as quakers go), and was about ready to run out of the house. Glad you didn't have any major damage to your things. I'm sure after shocks will rock us through the night. We need to get together real soon. :)

Certainly haven't been rv'n. More cobwebs on my rig than an abandoned barn. :( (hate to admit that)
That and my addiction to FBk :( and work work work, and travel (govt travel)... Will ge heading to Atlanta 2nd week in August. You all were on my mind and I realized even though I'm not enjoying the RV, doesn't mean I can't get off my duff and pop in to say HI :)

Your quake was the same size we had a couple of weeks ago, and it's always very un-nerving for me. I don't like it when the 'good old solid ground' begins to show us just how UN-solid it really is! Glad all is well with you!

I didn't feel a thing! I feel left out! And I'm only about 15 miles northwest of Sharon and 35 or so north of Donna! But that's how quake's go - depends on the direction of the fault.

I am on the central coast of CA (Pismo) and did not feel anything either. Sharon, glad everything is OK with you!
