I LOVE THIS TT!!!

If I were to buying a travel trailer right now, I absolutely am in love with this one!!
It has everything I need and still small enough to be towed by an ordinary suv.
The bunks is what caught my eye, I always see it as extra storage and of course
the awning is a plus in my book.

Ava! Perfect for you! Reminds me of Cedar and Sue's new rigs! I have a plan.....go to Rapid City and buy it..your first shake down trip can be the 320 miles to our house! :D

sounds like a plan to me, course it will take me 4 years to get there
I never did see a price on that ad, but I was only dreaming anyway.
The fact that its such a small unit and has the slide AND the bunk is really
appealing to me.

What do you drive now, Alice? That is a darling lil trailer but one thing , to me, that it's lacking is a driver's seat... LOL

I love it, otherwise!

I looked at that brand of trailer too, when I was out hunting for mine. Didn't get to see that particular model, but they do look very well made. Actually, if there is any way you can possibly afford to buy one, I would make a move on it. This time of year the dealers are starting to mark down to clear out rigs.

only in my dreams ladies :D
I have my fifth wheel right now Janet, and no truck to pull it with.
I'm parked in a nice little retirement community until I retire. Now,
in two years my rv will be paid for, well in 26 more payments. My
car I drive is just a little kia sportage and I've got 3 years worth
of payments on that still. But a little trailer like that one is not
out of the question in a few years. I would however have to purchase
a vehicle to tow it with and I really like little suv's (ford escape, chevy
trailblazer) however, it would be nice to have a class c like Beth and
just jump in and go. I can do all the dreaming now to my hearts
content and when it comes down to it I will have to consider all the
extra $$ for things like insurance and tags, etc. Whatever I end
up with will be a bunk model for sure.

That is a cute TT Ava. I do wonder about sitting up in bed and hitting my head on the bunkbed. I wonder if it could be raised a bit, especially if you are just going to use it for storage. Linda

Neat looking trailer.

I went to their website and could not find that model. Here are the specs for their North Trail line. The lightest/smallest shown is 4,450# dry weight and 26'6" ???

So, what am I missing???

This model is 18' and dry weight is 3875. So that means really light packing, 125 pounds will take the weight up to 4000 pounds. It doesn't take much to get there either. I don't think some of the SUV's will pull that weight. My Casita was 17' and weight about 3825 dry. I pulled it with a Toyota 4Runner, V6 with tow package, with a tow weight of 5000 pounds. With water (6 gal in the hot water tank), food, clothing, one propane tank always loaded, water hoses, sewer hose, extra power cable, chocks and levelers and no tv, it was close to 4000. I did carry some things in the back of the Toyota. It is hard to remember that anything you put in the TT is going to weigh something and you have to add all that up.

When you store things on the bunk bed you have to remember that weight limitation. I have 2 sets of bunk beds and they are normally loaded down. However, as a full-timer I find the paperwork that I carry is what really weighs the rig down. I am still working on scanning and getting rid of all except absolute necessary items. Have three carriers of magazines to get finished reading and then recycling them out of my place. The other 2 large items I am working on is canned food - why do i carry all that food? There are grocery stores where I am going. And good drinking water - you know that weight! I'll get it figured out one of these days.

Keep on dreaming Ava. That is a lot of the fun in planning the future.
