Been scanning pictures - dangerous

Postby Bethers » Sat Jul 03, 2010 11:46 am

Can't believe I posted them - but in chat with the singles group last night, I was multi-tasking and scanning my wedding pictures. Mentioned how much I loved my dress and one thing led to another - and Soos wanted to see it - So, I just did a post to my blog about scanning and included a few with me in the dress.

Like I told Soos in chat, a friend took the pictures (we didn't have a big fancy wedding) and there were none taken of me full length - so the shots I have were just lucky ones during the course of the wedding/reception - and I didn't want to post any of me with my ex. Yep, I saved most of them, but not putting those online anywhere.

While I was doing that post, I was also scanning pictures from a vacation to OR in 2001 - and I shared a few of those also. You can find them here:

Scanning Pictures

On edit - someone asked when - the wedding was almost 20 years ago and the vacation almost 10 now.

It's always fun to see old pictures and relive the times we had.

I love looking at old/past pictures. I have a huge box of photos that I should scan. Just wish I "Made" my mother go through them and put names to faces before she passed. I'm just going to do a lot of guessing, she had such a large family. I love your dress also Beth, especially the hemline. Linda

Beautiful dress on a beautiful bride!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Aw  thank you ladies. Today I went to scan in a bunch of gtg pics from another group I was with. I can't find them :o I went through them - am hoping I left them at my friends house and didn't accidentally toss them. Life will go on whatever I did.

I did scan in some pics of tulips when the whole fields were in bloom on a trip to OR - will post at least one of those to my blog later.
