So if the doc said moving was alright...then other than the pain issue....she is on her own about the laughing stuff. :)

Yeah, but we still wouldn't want to intentionally cause Carol any undue pain, so if Vickie posts something and tries to be funny, NO ONE respond to her! At all. Ever again. Never. Most of what she says is Doofus stuff, anyway. So, let's all ignore her so we won't make Carol laugh...

Thank you all so much for all the well wishes. They all worked.!!! :) Thank you , yes I really did wish I could have read all of this, but lIz kept me updated too ;) I feel I am doing great. I never dreamed at this early date, I would be up and walking all over my house :) My sister has to leave this week end, she still works  , so I want her to feel like I am ok to leave, which helps give me a push in the right direction too. When dr. said I couldn't pull anything apart or mess anything up, in spite of how painful it might be, thats all I needed to hear. Since then uphill all the way and I'll be back and pestering you all, SOON.

Being a part of this forum and of such a group of "super" ladies has been the best medicine ever. Thank you all, you'll never know how much you all have meant to me. I've showered and shampood and all that stuff, along with other things, to keep myself moving and not just setting. But think its time to go and put the feet up , so maybe tomorrow I can see what you all have been into.

The dr. did say yesterday, that he didn't think any other treatment would be on the agenda, it all seemed to be totalling contained in this kidney, but that he will have results for me next Thurs. morn, when I go to get ALL these staples out. I sure hope you're right on that , Sharon! (that it doesn't hurt  ) When I asked dr. about it, his comment was "it won't hurt ME a bit" He not only has a sense of humor, he is really cute too !!!

Safe and Happy travels to all those on the road. Thanks so much for all your prayers, thoughts and well wishes. I appreciated them all so much.
Love to you all,
CArol

Wooohooo, so good to hear directly from you, Carol. Liz's updates were great, but nothing like the real thing :)

All good news from you, too. That's wonderful. And I know I can speak for others when I say we're so excited to have you back and posting. Will keep you in my thoughts for the visit next week, also - cuz only good news is allowed - tell the doctor with all the help you've got here, it can't be anything else.

This is soundling like WONDERFUL news, Carol! As others have said, don't overdo stuff, but keep slowly moving along and eating healthy foods to encourage healing. Thanks for the message-----it's wonderful to hear from you, and I'll bet Maggie was excited to see you!

I was gone for a few days, but happy to hear everything is fine and you're home walking around the house, Carol.

Now when is that next trip planned?

The Arkansas GTG of couurse!!  Gosh, I just love it when a plan comes together! Trust me on the staples, Carol, all you're gonna feel is a little tug, no pain, unless Dr. McCutie grabs skin instead of staple with the tweezers!

Glad you're feeling better and able to get around even if you're still a little sore. At least you don't have staples where I did...everything grabbed them! I looked like an old man grabbing his privates everytime I sat down.
