Wow, Ava, you sure did have an interesting day! Were you driving when that boy had the seizure? Glad you weren't on the road when the brakes went out. That happened to me once and it is very scary!
I got a few things done today at home. I frosted my hair this afternoon, so I am a blonde again! This evening, I went to a holistic expo with a friend of mine. It was very interesting with lots of booths about various types of holistic health products and healing methods. I have taken a class on Reiki already and want to do more with that (especially with animals). The expo was held at the school where I took my Reiki class. I also sat with an animal communicator. She contacted my cat Snuffy, who died a year ago. Without telling her a thing, she picked up on his chronic illness and all the details of it, and of his death. She also contacted my first ferret Lucy. She said she is on the other side with "all the rest of them. Your group is all together". I didn't even tell this lady I had other ferrets after her that had died. She mentioned things that were right on target, like the ferret club I was a member of when I had Lucy. She said Lucy visits me occasionally, which I already knew. (I do have psychic experiences occasionally). So it was interesting! Next time I will find out about the animals that are still with me (alive).
I was getting caught up on my Camping Life magazines last night, and the April issue had an article about the Petit Jean State Park in Arkansas where our GTG will be. It was very interesting! There are some very cool hiking areas there, with waterfalls, huge rock formations, and gorgeous views! One issue also had a checklist of things for camping, so that will be helpful when I go down to visit with Bikerchic in July.
I don't have to be to work until 3 tomorrow so I have half the day to get more stuff done before I get back to the rat race! Gotta go get my cookies now! I think I have enough to share tonight! So help yourself. The ferrets are sleeping thru their playtime so they won't know! (can't believe the smell of the cookies hasn't woken them up! It usually does!)
Have a great night!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
