ROAD TRIP! ROAD TRIP!

You know I 'm going to the Kaibab Lodge until the end of the season. What I didn't expect was that my friend Gwen would be traveling with me..in my rig. Her husband will be taking their rig to their new job in Bullhead City. When we are done at the Kaibab I'll drive there and toss Gwinny out and head for the beach via Quartzite . My aim is to make Gwen pee her pants at least once a day. I've said it before, I WILL send photos. We leave first thing tomorrow morning Tuesday.

Sparkle, that's great news. I'm glad that she's coming with and you at least will know that no matter what other craziness happens at Kaibob this time - you'll have a friend to share it with.

Thank goodness you are tossing Gwen out before you head to the beach! If she has seen your photos of your last beach episode, she will probably gladly jump out before you get to the beach!

Hi again, Sparkle. Missed you! TRudy told me yesterday you were headed back to Kaibab Lodge. Did you get to Kanab? When do you think you'll be in Quartzsite?

I'm most likely heading to Coffeyville, Kansas in mid-October to work for Amazon.com until Dec. 23. Then I'm planning to head to Blythe, CA for a couple of months - it's right across the river from Quartzsite. So, maybe we'll catch up with each other again. I wondered how all of you were doing lately. Thanks to Trudy, now I know.

Cris-------- Coffeyville, Ks. is not that totally far from where we are living right now-maybe 2 hours----but by the time you are at Coffeyville --- we will have our auctions over with & we will be moved & living in Branson, Mo.!

So here I sit in the Lodge, my friend Roxie, (remember the Aliens come in at night and steal her eggs?) is sitting opposite me at her laptop. Gwen is in a rig she is renting, recovering from our 1020 mile trip. 490 miles the first day! I start at 5.15am tomorrow morning. I am opening two mornings, closing two evenings and 1 evening as a Hostess. They got rid of the drug dealers, the drunks, the knife weilding stabbers. Well all I can say is its still a rough looking crowd here. Men with hair down to their waists. Women that you wonder, IS she a woman? Three pit bulls owned by people who look as if they would have a pitbull, unlike me, I hope. Its going to be fun! Oh by the way, I came up with a new, You might be..... Okay, you might be in the boonies when the entrance to the Interstate has a cattle guard!
The plan is, work here until October 31st. Then I take Gwen to Bullhead City to meet up with her husband. We are planning to take the long way round, via Las Vegas, and you can't just drive through Las Vegas! Then when I chuck her out...yes I noticed those sly comments about the Beach Front Property, I'm taking names....Then I go to Quartzite. I think my friends Rebecca and Arwen might be going there, so I don't know how long I'll stay. The good news is I should have a generator by then. I'm also going to check out getting a Solar Panel, just for the existing batteries.

Well, Sparkle, when you come back to TX - whenever it is - to park on YOUR beach - let me know - cuz I'll be there till April - and we WILL get together. I can walk to YOUR beach from MY rv park LOL - and I walk that beach a lot.
