thats interesting, I'll probably check in on his blog now and then, I bookmarked
it. Its good that he has a quick way to let his folks know he's ok, but wonder if
he also has a way to just say send help and display his location.

More power to him!! My girlfriend and her sister rode their horses from MN to the pacific ocean. That was about 40+ yrs ago. Makes for a great story to share!
