Too bad the hubby does not know Dan, he could help him and even teach him how to drive and have confidence. That is your hubbys fear ...confidence ....he is afraid of the unknown and getting all stressed out. I know that feeling myself I learned to drive with the 37ft motorhome and now drive the 40 ft motorhome but lack the confidence I had with the other one. For some reason I just do not like driving it but ask me to park it I have no problem....Go figure? Dan had a few students that just did not think they could do it and amazed themselves that they could. We had one gal take the lessons with a big 5th wheel and Midduty truck...that truck was BIG!! Dan did teach one of the forum gals...Linda to drive her travel trailer. He also helped Jean.

That would be awesome...too bad they do not know each other. I think that is cool that he does that.
I was telling a friend I wish there were RV driving schools and also RV 101, that would teach you how to winterize, pack wheel bearings, annual maintenance stuff, etc.

You are spending the summer in Washington right??? What part??

When we had our first TT, I called my Dad one day and told him I needed to repack our wheel bearings, he came over and did one side with me helping and I did the other side with him watching. I was right proud of myself!
