you take care Mary-Mac that isn't any thing to sneeze at! used to get it religiously every year....and then the Dr put me on an inhaler and haven't had it for years and haven't used the inhaler for years either!!! What Sharon suggested sounds like a really good idea...and if you aren't used to the higher altitudes it is best to get so you can breath before going up higher...take care rest up and check in

HI MaryMac,

Glad you are cozy and in the safety of other campers. Do hope you continue to lay low until you have your strength back.
Can't have you traveling about weak or tired. Think the idea of the steam water and peppermint a very good thing. I wish you a steady recovery. Please keep posting your progress.
