lovely rig, but I'll have to say my pictures are cut off at the edge as well
and I see no flamingo anywhere, and believe me, I went back and looked
and looked!

Like the lay out. Did you say it didn't have a slide? I also went with out one on purpose. The statistic I have read stated slides are one of the top road assistance calls...right up there with awnings! I keep thinking about what I would want IF I ever decided to go full time or most of the time....:=)

I've been laughing hysterically about you gals not being able to see the flamingo!  I didn't realize it was even in that photo. That is too funny! There are photos of it on the other thread, if you haven't seen my update on that yet...

[b]Gosh! Barbie has been entertaining me so well that I've been missing out on the conversation...about me! I can't have this talking about me behind my back :o Thanks for all of the compliments! Myrtle and I are bonding and I love her already...and Barbie, too!!! Thanks for posting pics for me, girlfriend! Yes, the pink flamingo is my housewarming gift :D I hope everyone found it somewhere. It is so cute! Thanks again, Barbie! I will cherish it! I haven't quite decided where I want the computer yet. It started out on that little table, then moved to the big table. I think when I get settled for the summer at the lake I will set it up on the dash. There is a slide out desk up there and it would be out to the way there. I love all of the possibilities Myrtle has to offer! No, no slides. I'm with you on that. Too many moving parts mean more places for problems. Had slides in our other 3 RVs and one leaked hydraulic fluid and the big expensivo one leaked when it rained! No thanks! I like the extra room it offers, but not the extra headache. I also especially love my copilot, Rags! He goes up on the dash whether I like it or not, so I put a rug up there. He doesn't jump up there when I'm driving, tho. Thank God Barbie knows a lot of people here! Ran into a guy she knows at the drive in when we were outside, eating, two nights ago. He's a mechanic  so I asked him if he ever works on mh's and he said yes! I told him I had a water leak and he agreed to come over and check it for me. SWEET YOUNG MAN!!! He found the leak...just a loose connection on the city water spigot. He tightened it in a couple of minutes and wouldn't charge me anything. Of course I paid him for his time and gas. It worth it for the peace of mind alone, not to mention saving me a trip back to the dealerships! God bless him! I will remember him next time I gtg with Barbie up here and make my list. BTW...I can vouch for Barbie, and hopefully she for me, that we are not stalkers either! I will tell you, tho, that I love you guys...lesbian or straight 8-) [b]

Reminds me of my Tropi-Cal, nice motorhome and looks roomy :D

Thanks, SeeyaGal! Not nearly as roomy as I'm used to, but now it's just me and Rags so enough for us ;) I miss the slides, but don't miss the worry that comes with them. I took out the seat by the door and the little flip up table yesterday. I kept my favorite chair when we sold our house and furnishings and wanted it in here, so I could be more comfy :D I can pull it out and face the TV with it and have my laptop on my lap. I think I will talk to my brother about putting hardwood or laminate flooring in here and get rid of the carpet.

Thanks DD! I have really been enjoying Myrtle! She is just right for me and Rags. I have hung a few things on the walls, put a new coverlet on the bed, removed a seat and replaced with my favorite chair, etc. I should take new pics. Maybe when I get my computer working again. Don't know how to post them with my Droid.
