Hey---I just stirred up the fire and threw some more logs on!!! I found another bag of those cocanut marshmallows so I'm toasting a couple now. The stars are out since it finally quit raining and I'm just enjoying the crackling fire and the starry sky!!! Crickets are churping all around and once in a while, you even hear a bull frog!!!!

I was offered (and accepted) a couple mimosas this morning from some fellow rvers where I am - so decided to make a pitcher of them for my forum women friends. Oh, not too strong - it's early now - just a tad of champagne in that oj - to give it some zip. Enjoy - it's truly great around the campfire.

Hey, where are you gals? I just walked out to the campfire and it had about burnt down. I gathered some kindling and another log and got it going again. Come on out and sit aspell! Someone did leave the marshmallows out, and I just helped myself. Hmm, now for a beer! It's not as much fun alone! It's still mighty good......

my husbands been "sawing logs" all afternoon so thought I'd bring some for the fire. Maybe I stop and sit a spell too. Think I'll just have iced tea though. Alcohol brings on them HOT FLASHES!!

Oh my - tomorrow is my Friday and I should be in bed - but I wanted to come to the fire, sit and enjoy some good conversation with my friends. Just having lemonade tonight - and some mint chocolate chip ice cream. Anyone want a bowl?

Okay....everyone pull up a seat cause I got some goodies to share :D We toured the Heaven Hill Distilleries today.......learned all about Kentucky Bourbon :o So I will pour you a sip or a snort.... ;) and you can also have a Bourbon Chocolate if you'd like :D :D We also had a break at the Talbott Tavern in Bardstown which was named by Weekly Magazine in England as one of the best Whiskey Bars in the world....Ye' Ha'.... But don't get to get too close to the campfire cause Bourbon is flamable... ;)

That's why we cook many desserts in it - it looks so purdy when it gets lit up - or is it we look so purdy when we get lit up - or is it we THINK we look so purdy when we get lit up???

Sticking to my lemonade right now - never did care much for drinking bourbon - although many years ago I did my time with Scotch - never will figure that phase out :)

:D Gooolllyyyy!! Glad ya'll kept the campfire going. We have been super busy plus my laptop won't charge so I am trying to get my old antique desktop up and running for a while till I can afford to buy a new laptop!!! Didn't have the address for the site and tried to find it but kept drawing blanks. I sure could use a good drink Lori. All I have here is wine coolers and I have to admit, I have had a couple since I got back to Tn. I need some chocolate!!!
