VERY DARK, COLD, WET SATURDAY!

GOOD MORNING TO ALL!

It's Saturday, and I am happy for that----even if it is a dark, wet, rainy, cold morning out there! I still got to sleep until the daylight, which always makes me feel as if I am no longer tired! It's about 38 degrees out there right now, but at least there is no white stuff coming down from the skies!

This morning I will get some dump stuff together and stop by there on my way to the birthday party this afternoon. Molly and I will pack the camper top in the truck so we will be warm and comfy no matter what the weather might bring. I didn't call the RV dealer about my tires on order yet, but I wouldn't want to hitch up in this coldness and wetness to haul a&& to drop off the trailer today anyway. So, all is well, as long as I can get those tires put on next Saturday in order to be ready for camping on Memorial Day weekend. Guess I will call and make an appointment today, just to be sure. The tires should be there by another week, I hope.

Mandy might meet me at the birthday party house tomorrow, and we will take off to her grandma's, pick up a chicken dinner and some flowers, and spend Mother's Day with her. At least that is a possibility! But, as with most best laid plans of mice and men--------

Gotta get a move on here and do a laundry for next week, make sure I have everything I need for an overnight if Molly and I decide to stay in the truck tonight, and whatever else might need doing. Coffee is hot, so stop by and tell us about your day!

Well, Soos - I don't know but everyone must be sleeping in this morning. Peaches and I are up, she's gone for a walk, with me at the end of her leash. I'm drinking a hot chocolate because it cooled off overnight- althought nothing like what you've got. I think we're up to 60 now- but it is almost 10 now. To those of you up there - this is a warm spell

Good-morning, from North Carolina, I woke at 5:30 this morning, hearing rain on my skylight in the bathroom. Turned over went back to sleep , of course Woke at wee after 7 to sunlight and a beautiful day, except a little too windy. But cool and feels great out there, got too hot to quick here for me, 88,yesterday, I do not like May have rain later on this evening, but thats ok too. Need it every once in awhile and I have this good book

No special plans for today, a few chores, I have already started on, the ones that never go away, cleaning, bathrooms etc. and dusting a bit, kitchen is done , until I mess it up again. Plan to make banana pudding later on this morning. Probably do that when I get in and fix my lunch, so all of the mess can be cleaned at the same time.

Still working on my pictures trying to get them into albums. About ready to just give up and dump in a shoe box, for who ever later on, ha,ha. Except I do enjoy going through my albums, great way to spend some boring time. Gives me a chance to see what a Great Life, I really have had. Also helps to remember things, I have forgotten, things that make me happy. So I must keep plugging along and try harder to finish these up.

If I shut up now, it will still be morning, when this is posted. I hope you all have a wonderful day and week-end, wherever you are and whatever you're doing.

good morning ladies, have been up, out for an early appt (7 am) and back again.
Started on the laundry and brewing a fresh pot of coffee. Its just a tad overcast
this morning, which is a good thing cause it keeps it from getting too hot too
soon. Gotta download that firefox thing today to try instead of internet explorer.
I keep loosing internet explorer lately but my verizon thing says I'm still connected.
So I don't know whats up with that. I'm very computer stupid somedays, well most
days, just since windows 98 went bye bye. (ok, so it was a few years ago)

It got down to 38 last night...brrr! Very windy, too!!! My hands got pretty cold doing my morning work out here at the recreation area. Had originally planned to go to the downtown farmer's market with Mom today, but it's too cold for us. We're shooting for next Sat. So far the forecast looks good for then. I have been staying in today, doing little indoor chores. Kind of nice and relaxing I bought a shepherd's hook yesterday, so hung up a finch feeder sack this morning and I've been watching the Goldfinches at it already! I have been sitting here at my table with my laptop, looking out my window at the birds and squirrel, sipping Constant Comment tea, and listening to spa music, while warming myself by my space heater. Ahhh...it's a great day! Think I'll have a bite of lunch, then hang my new Oriole feeder and see what happens Have a great day, girls!

It went down to 32 degrees overnight and we did get snow altho it was melted by the time I got up this morning, so I didn't have to see it! Worked at the shop today and was actually fairly busy so I made enough in tips to play golf Monday night ($9.00). I sure hope it warms up by Monday for that!

Did a little shopping afterward to buy an ink cartridge for my printer so I can print up some more resumes to send out. Now I'm going to take a nap. Then gotta get to some house cleaning!
