We r in a campground 20 miles north of Knoxville on our way to Ohio. Had a blow out on I 20 and had to flag trucks over so Jim could change the tire and not get killed.
But we made it safely and up on on tomorrow.

Another good reason for ERS - let them deal with those flying by vehicles. Glad you are safe.

My blowout was near Knoxville - even from the side of the road I rocked and rolled while the trucks flew by. I had Tips and Moxie at the time and Tips thought it was as scary as lightning and thunder - we got out and went and sat up the embankment. The ERS guy sent out was glad it was on the passenger side.

Now I'll look forward to your next post being all good news. Actually this is good news - you had a blowout and you and Jim and the rig are all ok.

Second report we are safe and parked in Fletcher, Ohio. Our only problem is the weather. 41 degrees with 25 mile an hour wind out of the north., Need I say it is a little "brisk"? Onward tomorrow to the warblers. Can't wait. So far over 900 miles. Hope all of you on the road with us are safe too. Many thanks for your well wishes.

We are safe in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Tomorrow we go birdingl. Drove over and saw the area today. Boy you should have seen the people there. Hopefully all the weekend warriors will be gone back to work tomorrow and things will calm down a bit. I hope for some pics, but not sure I will be able to get a picture because they are so quick.

I am sorry to hear about the tire blow-out, but happy to hear it was repairable and no damage to the RV. And of course, no one was hurt.
