Our plans

Postby Marslet » Thu Apr 29, 2010 6:23 pm

Hi again,
Jim and I are leaving for Ohio next Thursday. We are making a trip I have wanted to do for 5 years. :D We are going to Magee Marsh to bird the warbler migration. Is anyone close to that area? If so, would love to meet you. We will be staying for a week at Camp Sabroske in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Anyone have information about the migration or Magee Marsh, would love to hear from you.
After we leave there, we are going to go southeast and end up on the Georgia coastline so we can bird for the Painted Bunting again. We went 3 years ago, and only saw them. I like to take pictures of them, so am hoping to get a picture this time.
If we have time, would like to drop in on Barb in Florida, but not sure we will have time. Of course, as always, plans are set in jello.

Sounds like a wonderful trip.
Have you checked out Cornell University Lab of Ornithology web site for bird info? It's a great resource.
