Here's a picture of Cedar, Liz & Kath at our mini gtg in the Adirondacks. There'll be plenty of stories and pictures when we get power again. (Cedar said I had to crop out all thighs!

That's a good choice. I only like my thighs breaded & deep fried. LOL.

Looks like a good time!

OH, I wish I was there! Hi Kath! Long time no see! Glad you're there, too. And the pups. Love the wooded background. Yep, looks like the Adirondacks.

Thighs? Are those the upper parts of my legs that have been growing? Just like my belly? Hmmmmmmm - If I cut off my thighs, can I cut off the front of my belly, too? LOLOL

Great to see all 3 of you - and am looking forward to more pics and all the stories.

Well,... I'm back home now,.... Liz waved goodbye around 9 and we were out of the campsite by 10. Here are some pictures! It was great to meet Liz,.. (and Roe and Bandit!) We had three days of relaxed visiting and campfires and of course, great food.

Here's the campsite,.... Cedar's Chalet and Liz's Roadtreck.

Looking out from our campsite, down to the pond below. Pond was very active with Canada geese, ducks, great blue heron, and of course kayaks and canoes.

a real campfire and real marshmellows!

I think it's safe to say that a wonderful time was had by all. Special thanks to Liz for making the effort to catch up with me at my local campground. let's do it again next year and y'all come,.. the more the merrier!

I had to do a double-take, yep, you do have sweatshirts on. It's upper 90's here - Gustav has brought us HOTTER weather - something I surely didn't expect.

I love the pics and hearing about your weekend together. After spending some time both of my last 2 summers up in that area, I do know just how wonderful it is. And it's even better that you all can share some time there with friends old and new.

Yupper, Beth,..... I had on a turtleneck top,.... sweatshirt, and a flannel lined denim jacket! And i was still chilly. Liz and i were up earlier than Kath, so we sat at the picnic table drinking coffee and watching Gustov on her little battery tv. I didn't check the temperature, but it was cold. By the time I was here at the house and unloading the laundry from the camper i was without sweatshirt or jacket and wishing I had shorts and tshirt on! Turned out to be a sunny and warm day. Typical weather for this time of year in the 'daks.
