found a place to have our RV babied....I will admit we are still green horns at this. We have had it serviced at 2 different places and I did not like them.

So Dh asked his boss where he takes his 5th Wheel. So we called made the appt and dropped her off.

WOW...I was impressed from the get go. First the maintenance guys all come out..to look at the window..(recall we had the attempted break in). Then they did a walk around with us there. Checking the seals around the doors and windows...etc. There are things we have never been checking as we were never told. They do a complete "bumper to hitch" inspection..for $225.00 For me it is worth it.

We ended up being there an hour....lol this was just for the drop off.

When we go back..they will actually do a complete walk through with us...show us what they did, things we need to watch for and check...etc. More through then what we had when we bought it.

We are having them put on the Max Air Vents and we will upgrading the Break Controller Unit. We are considering going with the LCD lights??? Haven't decided on that yet.

They also said..that at anytime once we have it back..if we ever have a question about something..to call them. That is so cool.

I've found that DOES make a difference. Funny though, as the service parts of the dealerships can make them more money. Just went looking to get something done while in Huntsville - already have had a bad esperience with one place. The 2nd dealer/service shop just gave me a very bad taste in my mouth. Have a place further away that only services that I had a good experience at a few years ago - they will get my business again.
