I've just been spanked via PM, so I'd like to clarify a couple of things...

I am not crazed. I am not a stalker. I am not a lesbian, although there is nothing wrong with that lifestyle choice. We have four very close friends we've known for 30 years (2 couples) who are lesbians and we have traveled the world with them. I apologize if anyone was offended.

um.... not for nothin' but "CHOICE" is not the most sensitive way to describe a gay or lesbian's lifestyle since most of us of that persuasion dont feel that it is a choice. very few people would choose to give up their civil rights because they love someone who is not the "correct" gender. otherwise, your apology was great and much appreciated.

Ah ladies, I don't want to stick my nose into this, but seems to me that there are a few barbs being thrown here. Now, it's a big wide world out there and this civil rights thing is getting a bit out of hand. We all have our faults, our likes, our dislikes, our predjudices, wants, needs feelings etc. We need to learn to accept people for who they are and what they are. We need to stop the finger pointing and let it be. But at the same time we also need to try see the other person's side of things. What's on the surface isn't always what's underneath. People have to start realizing it's time to start living in harmony with each other. Life is too short to be spending it critizing the other guy. This site is supposed to be about RVing and the fun times, about shring trilas and tribulations, so let's start having fun.

One thing to always remember on here - is that this is the written word and no one sees the nuances and facial expressions. So, let's not get bent out of shape for how someone might say something different than how someone else wants it to be said.

I, for one, didn't realize it was politically incorrect to use the phrase "choice". Stand corrected on that one.

Mitch, kudos to you for taking a pm and coming on to the public forum to make an apology without naming names or doing anything but apologizing.

All the women on here are great - all of them - no matter sexual, religious, nationality, etc.

Now, the apology is done, the forum is about many other things - let's drop this and move on.

I think a key thing..is typed word shows no emotion, intent..was it said seriously..is a joke..unless you toss a bunch of these in there.
