Hope everyone has a great day.
Pat,.... I can tell you firsthand that tanning beds are not good. I have had part of the tip of my nose removed last year because of tanning about 15 years ago. I've had skin cancer on my face and leg. Then the one on my nose turned out to be serious. Go full spectrum lighting as AlmostThere suggested. Much safer!
Or just stay au natural - nothing wrong with not tanning at all. Course, I have some tan from Mexico - but I wasn't laying out tanning - was walking, or sitting out reading - but no fake tanning for me. Used to use a lotion tanner, though. Know of some who turned orange, but that never happened to me. And I can use the color - so I would consider that again - if I could only remember which one I used and liked
