Some photos from Guanajuato

Well we are in Kentucky one day from home (or maybe two) but thought I'd share a couple of photos from our stay in Guanajuato - I love that place - so unique
The day we were there was Baptism day for the babies - Grandma was happy to show this boy off - check out the outfit

Looking up at the underside of a balcony with its flower pots.

The students walk the streets at night all dressed up - singing and story telling in

Such an interesting city.

Interesting photos! Seems like a fairly clean and well kept up city. I like the colors on the buildings, very cheerful!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Great photos Carol, thank you. I particularly liked the one of the underside of the balcony.
I think you and the driver are going to miss all the bright colors of Mexico! I hope your flowers are blooming when you arrive home.

great pictures, the narrow streets still amaze me, and it doesn't appear they
are marked "one way" it would make me nerveous that someone would come
the "other" way when I was going one way.

I have learned more about Mexico than from any book I ever read or any course I have ever taken at school, from you and the driver! I can't thank you enough for the narratives and pictures you send each year as you tour and absorb the history of Mexico. You really should think about publishing a tourist book about the REAL Mexicans and their culture.

Happy travels!
