I love scary movies and sci-fi movies. Growing up we had sci-fi theatre every saturday night. They would show Dracula, Frankenstein, the Blob, The Crawling Eye, etc. Some you could really make fun of because they were so fake and so predictable (The Crawling Eye, The Blob). I also liked Cape Fear. Alien was the first sci-fi movie in a long time that scared me, the sequels not so much. I also like mystery movies, I prefer the British mysteries because they don't have the unnecessary car chase scenes or violence. I wait to rent the movies rather than go to the theater. Just too noisy for me and the fact that people can't sit still long enough to watch a movie, drives me nuts. Fun thread Trudy. Linda
